They build nests and particularly in the winter stay fairly close to them.

They eat through the cement cinder blocks and move up the walls to make nests.

The bottom line is that if you can put long term, tax-favored savings into a stable asset that performs consistently over time, you can really accumulate a nice retirement nest egg while also feeling less exposed to market risk.

I'm leaning towards Google Nest for the building's front door and cameras.

Leaning towards going with Nest since we have it in our home and generally works well but I had a few questions for anyone out there who's used it on their property!

Including the time when we lived in a Fall Creek rental where we kept hearing weird noises in the walls that we figured were just squirrels nesting in the crawl space  ... until finally one night a huge rat squeezed out from behind the stove and ran around our kitchen while the kids and I were sitting there!

Can they then nest ABC, llc (husband is the single owner) underneath that?  

If you can advertise in a place that might attract empty nest tenants, they tend to stay longer and take care of places better. 

I’m close to pulling the trigger on a student rental duplex two blocks from campus… But I’m concerned about the brand new nest building that just opened in 2019.
