I was originally told by the county that I could split the land, but long story short, they denied my request once I had the land purchased and my house built.

If I have to use MY insurance (if Plumber C insurance deny's the claim), will the subrogation process (my insurance going after someone else who's at fault) go after Plumber C's insurance?  

So we wouldn't get constantly denied for plans that didn't go in accordance to city standards.

While no one can deny that  saving even a a few fractions of a percentage in interest rates is a good thing, what most people end up doing is prolonging the time they carry such debt, and thus paying more interests in the long term, which I guess is a good thing for people in the lending industry.

My question is If I go to to one branch of lets say JPmorgan, on 123 main street and i get denied, can I expect a different outcome in a different branch, say in 321 main street?

My tenants make 5 times my income, and yet when I asked them if they were leaving at the end of their one year lease so I could move back into my house, they denied any intention of wanting to leave the house, the neighborhood or SF, and we settled with a buyout agreement that benefited them financially ($18K).

If you do not want the dog I would deny his request and see what happens.

It's easier to get a car loan than a mortgage and so you don't want to mess up your chances of getting denied for a mortgage.  

As it turns out, they were consequently denied for some reason, and the meter remained in my name (it all worked out in the end, but I learned my lesson).
