Spare 5 Acres ideas??

All,

I have an interesting problem. I just bought acreage east of Greeley, CO and built a house for a personal residence. The acreage was more than I needed, so my plan was to split it and sell off 5 acres. I was originally told by the county that I could split the land, but long story short, they denied my request once I had the land purchased and my house built. Now, I have 5 acres in the country that I am looking for investing ideas. I looked into a solar farm, but I don't think the ROI would be very good especially considering the initial amount of investment needed. My other thought was to develop a trailer storage yard.

So, I have two questions to through out there... 1) does anyone have experience setting up a trailer storage facility? And, 2) does anyone have any other ideas to use this acreage?

Thanks in advance...

Jamie
