Get rid of all unnecessary expenses, cell phones, lacquer, cigarettes, cable tv, restaurants, and friends/girl friends that cost you money.

People just discard wrappers bottles cigarettes and trash as soon as they are finished they just drop it and walk on !

Like 200 tampons or feminine wipes in the main line, or baby's rubber duck in the gooseneck, or a burned countertop in the shape of a frying pan or cigarette.....

I had a vacant  unit that I was so desperate to rent out to anyone hat i literally had my property manager heading over to show it to a woman that had TWO Pit Bulls, Who was having "a hard time finding a place" that occasionally smoked (I don't have smokers in any of my rentals) and was on disability.   

The kitchen was littered with beer cans stacked almost floor to ceiling, and he had a double stack of paper plates he had created a mountain of cigarette butts on.

Every time I leave the jobsite they would step outside and smoke cigarettes and talk smack to each other.
