Hello all,My name is Russell Lightfoot. 25 years old, bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Southern University. 3 years in high speed manufacturing, currently a Business Process Manager over a bottle line at Anheuser-Busch Brewery.

I moved to Pensacola just over a year ago to finish up my bachelors degree in business and bought my first house and thats when I got into real estate investing.

I have a master's in construction management and a bachelor's in business management.

I am a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and I have been doing construction all my life, so I have pretty good knowledge of the construction side of things, but not so much on the real estate/development side. 

I have received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in accounting from UNLV and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

These last few years I've been working on my Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences with a Concentration in Neurobiology, preparing to enter medical school, and learning how to generate generational wealth and income diversification through real estate investing.

Have a bachelor's in finance, and am currently working for a development/property management company downtown as their accountant.Last month I moved here from northern WI, where I have a duplex and my personal single family (now rented).  

I must admit that I'm a drop out, but I plan on finishing my bachelors by 2018.

In that time I am working on:Accumulating the investment funds for my down payments, rehab funds, and reserve fundBuilding two consecutive years of solid IRS tax return income to appease the underwriters  (I took half of 2017 and all of 2018 off to complete my Bachelor's degree once and for all!)

Recently graduated (23 years old) with my Bachelor's in Organizational Communication, although it isn't doing anything for me right now career wise as I'm working in car sales.
