Real Estate Down Payment Investment Plan

Do you have a plan for your down payment? You are ahead of the game by making a plan but you may not have to wait as long as you think to invest into real estate. The biggest problem for renters when planning to buy a home is saving for a down payment. There are many hurdles when saving for the down payment; high rents, expenses, etc.

Many believe they need to save upwards of 20% for their down payment! NOT TRUE!!! There are many loans that only require 5% down or less. There are some great first time buyer programs available too! Some first time buy programs only require 1% down and the Lender gives you an additional 2% down. FREE MONEY!

Getting started is the hardest part but once you own your first property, then you are truly investing in yourself.
