Hey BiggerPockets Community, I'm Janea Crum! I am so excited to post on the forums, I've been listening to the podcast and soaking up information since January 2017. These last few years I've been working on my Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences with a Concentration in Neurobiology, preparing to enter medical school, and learning how to generate generational wealth and income diversification through real estate investing. Now that I've completed my degree, I'm looking to put my book knowledge to work! Currently, I am taking a two year gap period before starting medical school. My goal is to partner with local investors in the Greater Phoenix Area and get some deals under my belt. I am willing to put in the sweat equity and time into deals and work with experienced investors with an overflow of deals and capital. Right now I am interested in fix and flips and rentals with the goal of amassing experience and a down payment for house hack when I go to medical school. Ultimately, I plan to use my real estate portfolio to help me pursue Financial Independence. I look forward to networking with the BP Community and working on deals!
