Hey all,

I am really starting to get the property investment bug, and I was doing some preliminary researching and came across this site and decided to join.

First, I am a 28 year old construction manager for a well respected firm in Massachusetts who has ties to one of the biggest developers in New England.  I am a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, and I have been doing construction all my life, so I have pretty good knowledge of the construction side of things, but not so much on the real estate/development side.

I am currently renting, but am actively looking for a home as I have recently found out I have a little one coming into the world in 7 months.  I have always wanted to get into property investment, but this has really sparked me to start finding a home.

I figured I would try to kill two birds with one stone and try and get a multi family residence for my home as well as getting income on the side.  I look forward to any insight received from all of the members on this website.
