Needless to say I go with bigger companies these days!

Needless to say that is significantly below the inflation rate for this century (which is approximately 50%) so the rents in inflation adjusted dollars in Indianapolis have declined for this century. 

Well, needless to say, it's been 3 months and I've done the bulk load of the work in trying to get tenants placed.Does anyone have recommendations for a quality property manager or PM company in the Cleveland area? 

So needless to say things went a lot faster after that.

 Adam it is the same here in Florida I was talking to a wholesaler about a property he had for sale his ARV was 215 and ARV in the area is closer to 175 needless to say he hung up on me pretty upset and didn’t want to hear what I had to say he was trying to sell me a property at 120K turns out he purchased it just under 70K

Needless to say, I now have a new CPA.

Needless to say we are going to be asking for EM upfront instead of after the assignment is signed, and we will seek out a new attorney.

So needless to say trying to ISA from home or squeezing in a few hours at the brokerage was a task.
