Hi Jim -I can certainly also attest to the need for these types of properties, and also can attest to the fact that often times when people consider renting their property via Airbnb they consider that their location is not suitable because "it's not in a tourist area", overlooking the needs of people such as yourself, traveling doctors and nurses, researchers, etc.
