My give: Rental Marketing Tool I have found an App/site called Postlets, it is a Zillow product that from one app allows you to post rentals and sales to multiple websites.(Zillow and Craigsist and 18 others). It keeps all the info and you can add, remove and repost at will. Oh and it's free to download, I have not tried ton post anything yet. Now for my asks: Anyone familiar with this guy? Jim Glynn DFW Agent offering flat rate and 1% MLS postings? Sounds good on paper.. http://investdfw.blogspot.com/?m=1 Also looking for a good lawyer in the Fort Worth/Burleson/Mansfield area for deal contracts, lease agreements and eviction processing.
