While I have only been in the industry for 5 years now, people who are 30+ year industry veterans are saying this is the worse they have seen it.I think there are trends that people are not seeing to take advantage of, and it could be the darkest before the dawn moment, but it seems like there is no relief in sight for construction costs.

Hi, I am currently in need of a new cooking range, and I am contemplating upgrading all appliances: range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher (they are all just over 10 years old - as old as the house itself).

Dawn Brenengen Unfortunately, the current leases are good overs from a purchase.

New to buying investment properties (in the Charlotte, NC area) for rentals….My latest unit is without a dishwasher, fridge, or oven.I've heard there are good, low-priced alternatives to buying new top-of-the-line appliances for rental units, and would love to hear opinions and get advice on this….Thank you!

Then it dawned on me, I could use the cheap vinyl squares that cost 75 cents at Home Depot to either stick on top or I can take off the existing back splash and stick on the wall behind?

Whereas a dishwasher can be loaded with plates full of food, a stove won't be cleaned regularly.
