Hi, I am new to biggerpockets and I am interested in building my pockets through realestate, particularly flipping and rehabbing houses. I am 36 years old a mother to two handsome boys and a daughter on the way, November actually. I have always been into this market I love everything about homes and property. But I need alot of good advive as to how to get my foot in the door.
