Ask simple questions about Cost Segregation and the Augusta Rule.

The Augusta area looks most promising for first investment because properties are cheap.  

I would suggest Columbus or Augusta for that type of investment.

Basically from Portland up to Augusta and then from Brunswick/Harpswell over to Lewiston/Auburn with everything from Freeport, Yarmouth, Lisbon, Richmond, Bath, and Topsham in between.

Time is precious.

At some point, I might just want to cash out a large portion of the portfolio and move to a different investment class... may be 1/3 in real estate, 1/3 in the money market, and 1/3 in precious metals????
