I contacted the power company, and they directed me to the tax assessor's office to inquire about obtaining a separate address for the pool house.

He never addresses why he would just ignore people and never give anyone updates or payouts on loans. 

I need to add apartment letters or numbers to the address.

To address this, we agreed that I would work in the business for six months to verify the financials, which so far align with his POS system.My main issue is that at 23, I don't have strong financials to get a conventional loan at 75% LTV with a ~7% rate, and the seller's lack of financials complicates bank approval.

I’ve ALWAYS found zoning to be very accommodating to me, a onsey twosey investor vs some big developer.Also zoning can get you to the STREET ADDRESS ASSIGNMENT CLERK…If it is a duplex and u want to use it as a duplex… it’ll need an additional USPS ADDRESS.That’s actually FREE & FAST…The clerk did it for me (county just north of Charlotte NC) while we were on the phone!!

If you wish to pursue damages/rent that exceed any security deposit make certain you get their new address so that they may be served notice of this lawsuit (this is often the sticking point in many eviction situations). 

Please don't bring it up again as I don't have the time to continue to address settled issues.  

AB 1837 attempts to address that but hey, it's the government so for sure they'll screw it up if 1837 passes.
