When you transfer title to the LLC, the lender COULD choose to call the mortgage due and make you pay it all off because technically you have "sold" the property to the LLC.

@Carol Venolia  I was wondering were these rentals were you should not have these issues in Santa Rosa as long as you were getting criminal backgrounds on tenants .. but I see you say they are 3 hours away..
