So leave the sensitive stuff for later (if ever—it’s not customary to provide that stuff in equity transactions and your debt folks are going to want current stuff or to run it themselves).Since you have experience, flaunt it.

They have gotten so comfortable with us that sometimes we have to ask them to please bill us for stuff they should have invoiced weeks or months ago.

They are generally not home much and leave my property in the same condition as when they arrived.
