I have been investing in the East Texas area for 2 years. I focus on properties that need rehab. We take ugly, make it pretty, then run to the bank! I currently have 6 buy and hold single family properties in Van,Canton, Mineola, and Quitman. I'm very interested in small multifamily and self storage as well. Real Estate has been hard work, and very rewarding. I have learned more in the last 2 years than my previous 43.
