Oh I'm an investor I bought a house and I'm a clever investor because I only paid 25K for this beautiful house in such and such a city.A year later they are pouring money into trying to keep the property rented and slowly realising they have lost 25K and have a photo of what was once a nice house, never to be nice again.Maybe if more of those people would warn others we could stem the tide of greater fools?

The beauty of private money, as I understand it, is that the two of you can decide the terms and process.

  :)   Also West Medford is beautiful but more $ Also, I hate to be a NH hater cause its a beautiful state to be in nature but its "cities" aren't any better or bigger than Lowell. 

Plus the natural beauty is a little better here than in most of the Midwest, although the South has places that can give it a run for its money in different ways than here.Boise and the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area where where I landed on.

Out first was a duplex (which we are house hacking) and our newest is a flip property.The first floor has beautiful, easy to restore hardwood floors.
