I been also doing this for years, the only papers I physically keep are current lease agreements, everything else on the cloud.Would recommend storing it on an cloud format like dropbox, etc..Hope this helps...

Also, in this county its possible to see if anyone has a lien by physically going to the county clerk and researching the property.
