Hi everyone, thanks for welcoming me. I am so new to this whole REI world I don't even know where to start. I have purchased (2000), lived in, rehabbed and sold (2002) one home in Saint Paul, MN and actually made some money but have been a little shy about going for it. So here I am, ready to learn, learn, learn and succeed!
