ok I know a lady who is getting hers from some title companies that is why I was asking about that. 

I also watched a lot of his videos and Google walked the 5 Points area for days.

I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for years, read tons of books, watched countless webinars and videos, and I forget that this is a new concept to people sometimes.

You really have to watch the training videos (which i dread, i always feel like I can just figure it out as I go...), everything is hidden and not self explanatory.
