If you had to introduce someone to real estate investing, which book or podcast number would you start them at? I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for years, read tons of books, watched countless webinars and videos, and I forget that this is a new concept to people sometimes. I've changed apps, so I don't have my favorite episodes saved anymore. Let me know your thoughts.

Start with Strategy by @Dave Meyer is a good one to start with or Set for Life by @Scott Trench, but you want new people to pair listening to podcasts and reading books with real-life meetups. That is the absolute key to stay out of analysis paralysis. When you are new and just reading and listening, the application is missing. People help you apply to real life scenarios.
