I found a screaming home run deal.

So my 6 unit has a problem with visitors from across the street parking in my private driveways for their illegal “business” purchases.  

Bottom line was that visitor count stayed steady at around 9.5-10 million people.

Knocking on the door, confronting them, asking and sending pleading letters will only result in them screaming about "Unlawful eviction" etc.

I do outpatient services and travel frequently, so I drive past several homes in several areas that are screaming for possible rehabilitation or possible buy and hold opportunities.  

It screams "I am being evicted". 

It did not go well -  she began screaming at me and threatening me.

I have just sent my first "You'll be here soon" email to the first visitor, who will be arriving in two days.We are doing all of our final safety checks, such as adding carbon monoxide detectors to the existing smoke detectors, putting in the child protective outlet covers around the property. 

You may not get a screaming deal, as those deals tend to be reserved for the well connected folks, but an okay deal. 

We have a division-1 football & basketball teams that regularly attract outside visitors, as well as having Interstate-80 run right through our town.
