Hello guys, my name is Karl and I am new to the real estate investment world.  A little bit about myself, I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with degrees in human behavior, microbiology, and a state licensure as a mental health "shrink" lol (which is my primary profession).  I am looking to expand my education and experience in real estate through flipping, whole selling, and long term buy and hold investing.  I have been reading and studying the business for about six months, find it very fascinatinang, and find myself lurking to always find more.  I joined here to connect and utilize this medium to further my education, seek guidance, and capitalize on potential opportunities.  Nice to meet everyone!

@Karl McCarrell welcome! I assume you're sticking to investing in the area. You're lucky that you happen to live in such a perfect market for buy and hold. You can still flip here but it's tough with how stable things are right now. When the market turns though, you'll be in a really good place. I'd buy and hold until that happens. Excited for you!
