As an agent I am constantly marketed to, not only by loan officers, but also by marketing companies, billboards, park benches, shopping cart ads etc  my automatic response without even thinking is to delete, mark as spam, decline or reply STOP.

Members should be policing their own rather than egging on those that post obviously bad advice or suggestions.I never asked Josh to be a moderator here when he was asking for assistance, I don't know to what extent the have moderation controls, but I am a moderator with Jon's editing controls on another site and when someone puts spam up, or posts unethical or illegal content it gets deleted on the spot.
