@Navjeet Singh it sounds like you're making a big mistake and you used a very shady agent (unfortunately it is common in this industry.

The local economy is supported by several diverse sectors, including healthcare, manufacturing, and retail, which sustain employment levels and underpin rental demand.

This is not some random accidental homeowner who wants to be a landlord and doesn't understand the PM industry.

Retail on these condos is around $125k ea. 

There's a whole industry for nerdy folks like us who only perform 1031 exchanges.
