At our house, we've had pretty good luck with the Blink Cameras, which is an Amazon product.We also found a device that installs over an existing deadbolt, and provides automated access once someone gets the app.We also have a motion detector that we think will work.BUT!

Its best to form a relationship with insurance people, as its their job to know the risks to better price the rates.I would also have a plumber use a camera inside the sewer and drain lines.
