There's a lot of cool stuff going on here in Middle Georgia! 

They are one of the best types of real estate investment because there are no toilets,water or pets.And if they don't pay you can cut their lock off and put a new one on... in order to get their stuff out they HAVE to pay you!

Just major stuff that would end up costing me more than the cleaned up land would be worth.

Most entrepreneurs don't have time for all "that fussy stuff" like having meetings and keeping minutes.

All of the stuff that has sold in the last 3 years, I'd say 95% is that classic boring ski chalet/log cabin look.
