I’m asking because I have never dealt with this kind of businesses before and I’m slightly suspicious, since some of their offers are for properties that have only reached the planning stage, but the upfront payment, even though it is divided by a number of months until the construction is done, begins immediately.

For simplicity and so far in this early stage, all three of the properties', bills, cash flow, etc. for all of this is flowing through the parent LLC.

Ultimatly it will only come out of your pocket.Depending on how many units you have you time the rent increases every month or two to allow you  to fill vacancies in stages.

Yes, an exhaustive knowledge would be nice, but I was hoping that's what a professional forum like this could help me with.I don't feel it's fair to tell a person to exit the stage just because they're not 100% educated.
