Birmingham Alabama - Areas to keep away from.

Hey Everyone,

Brand new out-of-state investor here. I'm looking at lower income multi-family complexes in Birmingham. Any areas that you can suggest or areas that I should stay away from?

On a side-note, I'm analyzing deals for fun... at this stage. If anyone has leads that they need someone to take a look at and/or perform some due diligence on, I'd be more than happy to help out.

Happy hunting.

Alex
