Word of advice: Consider taking down your images and blocked out your name and address.Contact the city and let them know you corrected the violating by removing it; see if that is enough to cure the violation, if not, comply with their request. 

Some cities will not even allow us to expand a driveway or add extra parking to the more than adequate front lawn.Then again we inherited a duplex that had parking on the block behind the home.

I assume the HOA Has to be some type of legal entity, registered with the state, usually the divisions of corporations, or whatever your secretary state calls it.BTW, is this a wood wall, concrete, etc?  

There are a few other houses that look to be in rough shape but it's not the worse street on the block I dont think.

I have been looking around for Maine banks or credit unions that will do a line of credit but have hit some road blocks.

Also this commercial property is main arterial access on one entire block.
