I agree with Kim and John about asking for documentation from a local medical professional and not accepting something from the internet.

@Joon Kim Negotiating furniture into the deal in addition to the sale price is normal and I could even see including the “business”/ future bookings for a little extra, but asking for more than a year gross income and adding in the threat of a deed restriction if you don’t pay $100k would really rub me the wrong way.
