Seeking Contractor for AirBnb Remodel

I have an efficiency on the back of my house that I would like to turn into an airbnb rental.  The tasks needed require skilled labor, yet the space itself is small (so it seems too little to hire a full crew).  Below are the primary tasks that need to be completed.  Looking for advice on how to find a good person/team for this diverse work.  (And if you have a contractor recommendation, please send!)

1. Build sleeping loft with stairway
2. Install Mini-Split AC unit (involves electrical work at panel)
3. Install 4' window into load bearing wall
4. Paint, install tile backsplash, trim work
