We've had places really wrecked by tenants painting without our permission (painted ceiling, walls, trim all mint green throughout whole house).  

Needless to say, I couldn't of picked a worse time to enter the sales biz as a green agent with no connections.

Why would anyone pay 20% of a deals value just to get the green light for a project?
