I currently have one rental house which was my first residence. I am Looking to invest outside of stock market for diversification and feel that I can better control / have more visibility on real estate investments than I do with stocks... I am mainly interested in the buy & hold strategy but I am still learning about other strategies, just because I find all of it very interesting! I am a very careful person and it takes me forever to do anything, because I want to do it right and do my research properly. I know my first true real estate investment will be a big leap for me and I'm trying not to overkill the analysis part of it!
