Especially if you have multiple properties, it might be a good idea to use Quickbooks and pay them via bill pay so you can accurately track all of the expenses and not have to scroll through your venmo feed at the end of the year and spend hours tallying up the charges.  

Go to Har.com (map search) scroll to the area you are wanting information about.

Make the property unique to stand apart from all the other images when scrolling.  

Go to the link provided earlier, click on any story, might I suggest the one I wrote titled "Effective Recruitment Practices" and then scroll down to the end of the story (after reading the article of course!).

Additionally I'd suggest clicking the "Community" tab and scrolling down to "Networking Events" and find something in your area where you can network to see what others are doing.  

Foregoing hours in the morning that I'd enjoy sleep but would rather get up and go to the gym so that I can spend my evening after work reading, scrolling BP, and spending time with my loved ones at home.
