I live near a casino where hotels rooms are tough to come by, so a demand for short term housing may exist. 

On the side I do security events, casino dealing, & catering.

There is no such thing as get rich quick, if you want that go to the casino with 10k and go on red.

If you don't close you not only would lose your deposit, but you could face the possibility of being held in contempt of court.Because condo values have tanked recently, be sure and check the recent comps at least on Zillow, Trulia, Cyber Homes, NETRonline, etc. because the Sheriff's appraisers tend to be drive by "windshield" appraisals, and you can easily overpay based on their appraisal.

Alex, I met you at an local event here in Vegas -couple months ago Outback Jon Lee was MC at a Local Casino you were on the panel BTW Great job we talked a couple minutes after the event I'm also interested in your Apt. interest you mention on the BP Pod cast  searching the multi- family direction seems to be good but different of course.Any time I can take you to Lunch ,coffee & chat let me know ?

If you go to Las Vegas what does the casino have that you don't?   

Trying to cyber tackle me will not benefit you in any way or make others think you are special. 

Even if they reopened the casinos tomorrow...there are no shows, no nightclubs, no dayclubs, no concerts.  

I saw people spending all their disposable income on alcohol, cigarettes, and at the casino.

If you do that I can guarantee you’ll get sued for defamation or cyber bullying.
