You could also look at selling the "paper lots" in advance of building out the infrastructure, but that depends on your financial ability to take this from dirt to finished product, and ultimately for holding long-term if that's the goal.

. #1 development county in my opinion in the country. just advance your strategy and understanding a little more 

@January Johnson I'm curious; does it not have the same effect if you leave the dates open further in advance at the same high prices?
