I would say after tons of researching, analysis, the one thing that made me pull the trigger was my mastermind group that BP put me with after purchasing the 30 days of intention journal.

I am interested in either finding an existing mastermind/accountability group or others interested in forming one that focuses on high-end spec construction in the Denver area. 

I will also be starting an investor's mastermind in the new year.

That being said some of the best ways to find cash buyers is networking at local REI meetups, masterminds, Facebook groups,Realtors, title companies, closing attorneys, property management companies, auctions, Craigslist, bandit signs, google search etc.

Anyway just lookin to connect with some people, seems everyone wants to sell there mastermind courses which is great but there expensive!
