Usually those who pay for the parking and find their spot occupied will do the monitoring for you and call you when there is a problem, you don't need to be there to monitor. 

Monitoring data around how long comparable homes are taking to sell can tell you a lot about how a particular market is trending.

I use a simple lockbox but you could also use  combination lock that had different codes for each guest that you can monitor and change codes Video WiFi.

Triplexes for example.. need stand alone fire monitoring system (e.g. panel) and some of the newer builds, etc will require sprinkler systems to be installed, shared walls between units must all be fire rated (including all doors), emergency lighting required w/exit signs in hallways, etc etc.

You need processes to ensure emails don't get lost, someone can monitor responses, etc.At 20 emails a day, I would make sure you have a good process to receive them and respond. 

You do have 8 saves on Zillow which could mean there are 8 people interested enough in your property to monitor it. 

I'm the type of person that would also do a 2nd monitor for my home laptop setup, obviously for on the go that's not feasible.

A good tactic is to monitor properties in your target area and watch for houses that are listed 2-3 months without any price reductions.
