I am not sure about STR in Cleveland and how much that market supports high end STRs and highly designed STRsThat said, I disagree with just looking at others.

I would recommend you focus on a couple neighborhoods that you would like to live in; and familiarize yourself with that market.  

Also, make sure you thoroughly research rental demand and average rents in the specific area of Miami you’re considering.
