It's great networking and education.If you search REIN Canada you will be able to find the ACRE program listed.REIN ... or, more appropriately, "rien"( comme, il vous lasse avec rien), is a for profit "guru" organisation which will suck money out of you if you allow it.

@Dan Bryant Speak to a few real estate who are active in Durham, NC and of course on BP.Another good way is via REIAs, you can simply ask the organiser of the event, as they typically know the players and the good CPAs in town.Hope this helps, Dan.
