Unsure on where my focus should be during and after my first deal

im currently in the middle of my first deal witch is a 203k house hack brrr the golden trio renovation has about 1 to 2 months left not sure what my focus should be one findings the next deal or preparing for the property management side of things ,i don't want to get caught up in the day of things and not be able to scale

I would focus on getting this one done and finished and making you money. Get your systems in order to run this property and incoming tenants as perfectly as possible.
