The book series opened up posibilities for investing through leveraging credit card advances to purchase properties at trustee sale, buying rentals and allowing the tenants to pay the mortgage, and so on.These may seem to be concepts that are obvious to someone like you now, but in the 90s, this was a light bulb going off over heads all over the world who had never explored options like this, and never thought they would be able to afford options like this.I still think they are good books for new investors.

Eventually, the real estate agent convinced the owner to sign an extension and we lost our posible deal.

My thoughts are three posibilities: 1 roots in the system (doubtful if the blockage is under the slab and the tenant thought the camera work put the blockage under the slab in the wash room. 2.

@John Wright yeah the fact that I live the fastest growing metroplex (with no signs of stopping) makes me lean towards just getting as many as fast posible.

Do you think is posible that I could get some sort of loan putting all my paid off rental properties, while being rented and to be able to  include the place where I now live in which is also allpaid off ?
