I don't need to do highest and best, I just don't want anyone chickening out on the deal or not going through with it.

I was at my max and wouldn't bid again, but it was a game of chicken.2) Bidding was starting to starting to boil down to a few bidders and I jumped the bid. 

I am seeking to acquire some rental property, ideally multi family. Should I find a property first or get “pre-approval” for financing or does it matter?

Build some kind of a mesh guard, maybe out of chicken wire, so debis cannot clog the drain.  

I also have  a garden and chickens so maybe a little fresh produce could sweeten the deal!

I’d keep it very basic with pressure treated framing, plywood door, and mesh chicken wire between the units.  

Every year (month maybe), whenever things are going great, the "Chicken Littles" of the world can't wait to be able to say, "I told you so", and be declared the expert for predicting a downturn/crash...or whatever you want to call it. 

This is a chicken-egg situation.

Tyson Foods had been looking here several years ago to build a $320,000,000 chicken processing facility.  

I am finding this to be the ‘chicken or the egg’ scenario.
