Anyone know what might be happening in Coffeyville KS in August?

This is what I have heard in the last 3 days:
"Every cabin is reserved starting Sept 1" from a guy staying in a MHP with 25 cabins.
"I've had a ton of reservations for places in my RV park at the end of August, but nobody fills out the application form completely. They leave out the employer and the previous references." from a guy that owns another MHP.
Trying to make reservations at local motels gives the information that very few places are available in September.

Had a guy call me this morning and said he got a job here. Ironworker foreman. Said this project is going to last 2 years and employ about 400 people. He starts Monday. Tyson Foods had been looking here several years ago to build a $320,000,000 chicken processing facility.
Hopefully this is the chicken that lays the golden egg for this town.
