Taking a city like NYC or other dense CBD areas (SF?)

I challenge what major American City can you purchase a SFH, or a MFH for under $200K within 2 Miles of Downtown/CBD.

I am based in Auckland and work in the CBD and I am at the research stage and strongly leaning towards buy and hold at this stage, however I am all ears when it comes to others experience and their point of views on other methods and what advantages and disadvantages accompany different methods with REI.

A little background on me: I rent in SF in a rent-controlled apt, I own two small MF in the East Bay, and I asset manage and operate numerous multi-tenant commercial properties in the CBD of SF.

I think the #1 best investment at this time will be various pot-stocks because everyone is going to need some gummies on the regular soon.

It was a nightmare.So my friend gave me a CBD oil, which is the medicinal component of marijuana, and also doesn't get you "stoned." 

I got myself one of the new flats for sale in Chrompet and a commercial floor space in a CBD along with few plots in a developing area.

@Tony F.Tony I haven't done the research yet I wonder if more cannabis companies are failing or more CBD companies are failing the CBD industry has become completely commoditized you can now buy CBD in Walgreens (I did extensive research on CBD)So maybe in the future we can buy a weed from CVS???
