Multi-story CBD office buildings in downtown urban areas are the product that is struggling.When you say temporary, infrequent use, are you speaking about leasing smaller Executive Offices or running a business similar to WeWork?

I have a 5-year-old, so here goes:Wholesaling is like finding toys that other kids don’t want anymore, showing someone else where to get those toys, and then asking for a finder’s fee in gummy bears.

We own a complete eye sore in the middle of the CBD and he said if we can fix it up and make it glitzy and nice it would certainly help our case.

This land is CBD and my neighbour has a approx 5000 sqft building on the same size parcel. 

Typically, you see full-service (gross) leases being used for CBD office buildings, but most of the retail centers in my market are on a NNN lease.

Office in CBD, central business districts, are getting hammered, while office in sub-urbs not so much.

-No soda-Tons of water (I don't aim for a specific goal here, but I probably drink 120oz per day)-I take a multivitamin gummy every morning.

Half mile from Interstate, 1 mile to CBD.
