I'm having trouble visualizing the 'new' opening addition to the ribbon/rim joist.

Looking for a program or system where I can input all my yearly numbers (expenses/income) for each property that will demonstrate how well a property is performing.Ideally would like something that is easy to understand, and visually appealing.Would like to create something simple,!

Having the four square rule already formulated into an excel document would be helpful.Im not very skilled when it comes to excel, and was hoping to find one that has already been created, visually appealing and easy to read.

Is there a good accounting visualization software for investors to see ROI on properties they currently have and graphs / metrics.

Electrical stuff is harder to determine without seeing inside of walls but you can take a peek at the electrical panel to see if it's dated and the load (if you know how)... a pic would work to share with your electrician.The rest is pretty visual and more cosmetic, bathrooms and kitchens are always the most important.

Ask him to show you visually and see if you can make sense of it.
